Binding of the image in the template

Dear All,

I want to bind the grid at runtime and columns are has to be specified on the run time only.

I am creating an image columm too in the run time.

For this I have used template colum.

In that template class got the image but the image is not bounded.

While debugging the image path is taken correctly.  but it is not binidng the image,

So can aby one help me in this regard?
