Bar type BoxPlotSeries

Can the boxplot type of chart be rotated 90 degrees to bars instead of column?

 

I am attempting to mimic something like this:

Currently the vertical Boxplot chart can be configured only through Kendo UI chart object like demonstrated here:
http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/box-plot-charts/vertical
