Grid width problem

Hi All,

I have a grid and I have set UseStaticHeaders="True" now my problem is my grid does not take 100% width some space remains blank

but when I make UseStaticHeaders="false " its take 100% widht I utilises all the space of grid.Please help me out

[Solved] Opening Dialogs on parent window

I am currently trying to integrate Editor into another application, this requires that my aspx page is sat inside an IFrame. How can I get the dialogs to use my page's window.parent as the source for the dialogs?

Alternatively is there a way to open the dialogues in external window.open dialogs?

How to apply a horizontal scrolling bar

I have a radgrid with fixed width columns (9) that force the header text to appear only partially.
How can I force every column to be of the header's text size and to simultaneously use a horizontal scrolling bar so that I can see all the columns?

Selecting default font-size in the DropDown

Hello,

we would like to preselect a font size in edit mode. I found instruction for implementing this with javascript, but the files which should be edited don't exist (instructions are for 4.4.0, we have 5.2.3)

RadScriptManage and custom JS

Hi, this is nearly the same as my presious post about the RadStyleSheetManager, but I've been reading the RadScriptManager tutorial, and again I'm not sure how I can use it. Just puting the RSM on the page is enough to combine all the call to JS-files?

Or do I have to use

to reference the custom-scripts.

Is it also possible to put the script in a custome class (like suggested for the RadStyleSheetManager) to be included in a single request.

I use the RSM on my masterpage, but I still see three script-tags in my html-output instead of one. So I would conclude the scripts are not embedded resources. But if I use the code above, and reference the correct path, it should combine, but then the scripts are still not embedded.

Hope it is clear to you what I'm trying to ask.

RadStyleSheetManager and customskins

Hi, I'm reading about the RadStyleSheetManage (RSM) and how it can combine customskins. For this, I need to create a separate project (class file) and embed this as a resource. I'm just wondering how this applies to the App_Theme folder which is usually used to create custom skins. We have a custom skin for the Office2007 skin which is in the App_Theme folder. This works fine, but to enable the RSM to use this theme as an embedded resource, I should also create a seperate class project, right? In other words, the Skins defined in the App_Theme folder can not be used as embedded resources?

If so, how would I handle this during design time. Should I use the App_Theme folder to create custom skins and than before deployment add them to this custom class to embed these themes? Or should I use the special class-project from the beginning (not using the app_theme folder at all) and just set the EnableStyleSheetCombine to false for debugging purpose?

Any advice what would be the best/normal appoach for this.

Configure RadEditor to allow images only

Hi,

I want to use integrated Image Manager for selecting images from the Image Library, but there shall be no possibility to add text, just an image.

Is there a way off limiting RadEditor like that? If not, can I use Image Manager in custom scenarios, like a button or link opening the Image Manager?

RadGrid - SharePoint - Edit Mode lost o

Hi

I'm using RadGrid within a SharePoint 2007 Web Part. I'm using a bespoke IBindableTemplate to Insert & Update row data. However when I click the button to update the data, the Grid's UpdateCommand isn't fired. I added a basic button to the page to simulate a Postback with no CommandName being associated. However when this happens, it appears that the ViewState for the Grid isn't being Loaded back during the Page LoadViewState process.

I have manually specified that EnableViewState = true for the Grid and the Parent Web Part. Also all controls have been given a Unique Id.

Any thoughts as how to resolve this would be most appreciated. Just to let you know I have run a cut down version from a previous thread in ASP.NET and all works fine

Get the radpane collapse state true or false in javascript

Hi,
       I am using splitter with two radpane with the splitbar in between them.So here i need if i collapse the first radpane i want to set the radgrid width.So i need the codings in clientside only.How to know the radpane collapse state is true or false in the javascript......If it is collapsed then i give the width of my radgrid.........
