[Solved] Selected Item Format In ComboBox

I have a RadComboBox with a number of items dynamically inserted server-side. These items have had their "ForeColor" property set to a number of different colors. However, when an item has been selected, its color is not being displayed in the box - the text on all the items is black inside the box. If I select an item that is red or blue in the drop-down, I would like it to display as red or blue inside the box when it has been collapsed. How do I get this to happen?

Suggestion for new forum

Hello,

I would appreciate to have a css and/or jscript forum in telerik because using these controls need to be more and more focused on css compatibilities problem.

There are dozen of css 'templates' that could also be added in code library.

For exemple I am know struggling with a footer banner which would follow page extension after call-back in IE 7 (8), FF and others.
Another on is the centered content inside another inside another.....
There are also the avoid and donot list.
All this compatible with telerik radcontrols.

And Telerik has such an experience, it should be a plus offered to its users.

Multiple windows display problem

Hello Telerik Team,

I am having a problem with multiple windows. The main part of the window is displaying on both but the bar at the top of the active window seems to be merging or disappearing behind the window below it. Is there anyway to fix this problem?? I have a screen print of what is happening if that would help, is there anyway to attach it to this message?

Getting "ScriptManager required" error when RadScriptManager is in page above other controls

I'm updating a Framework 2.0 site to the Ajax-enabled version of RadControls. I placed the RadScriptManager right below the Form tag on the page and still get an error when using the RadMenu control that I need a Script Manager on the page. We are already using Ajax on the site and an older version of RadControls. Here are page excerpts:

Firefox problem with child items overlapping page edge

Hi

I have a menu that goes right across the page width (960px).
The submenu on the right hand menu extends over the page edge due the the width
of the widest item. IE7 and Safari are OK with this, but Firefox 3 decides that the
page should be re-centered, and the whole page jumps left on the screen.

Can anyone suggest a way to fix this?

One way would be to reduce the right and left margins on the submenu items.
How can I do this?

Can anyone suggest a better fix?

I am using the skin 'black'

Setup in Designer not working

I have the lite version of the RadEditor installed on a Sharepoint server, however when trying to setup through Designer I continue to get an error. I've followed the instructions at:
http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/using-radeditor-in-web-content-management-scenario.html

That is not working for me. When I create a new article page using this page layout I get the following error:

An error occurred during the processing of . Could not load file or assembly 'RadEditorSharePoint, Version=4.5.4, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=1f131a624888eeed' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I've checked and verified the lite version we have installed is 4.5.4. Any insight would be appreciated.

RadDocks not rendering at all in IE7

Hi, my problem is this. My page has very similar code to the dynamic docks example. It renders perfectly in FF3+, but in IE7, the rendering is brutal. The scrolling is all messed up, all the dock content is there, and all the css classes are set (embedded skins), but it looks like IE isn't rendering any of the styles. The dockzones don't have backgrounds, the docks don't have borders, etc, etc.

Any one have any idea why this might be happening, I'm pretty frustrated.
