How to auto hiding Appointments when there are too many Appointments

If there are more than 2 items on a day in month view, the other items go beyond the actual day boundary.
Can the scheduler work as Outlook calendar?

Context menu and Loading panel

Hello,

I have a Treeview with a context menu and a loading panel on the page.

When I am using the context menu and I rename a node for example, the loading panel "fires" and the node is not renamed.

How can I make this work?

The loading panel is on the master page, the treeView is on a user control.

The loading panel si set in the page dinamically, using the FindControl method and getting the treeview from usercontrol.

RADEditor for MOSS rendering in IE

I've currently downloaded the trial version of the RADEditor for MOSS today, but am running into some problems deploying it well enough to test properly. On my development-level server, the editor works perfectly once I install the solution and activate the features within the desired site. However, when I try the same installation processes on a production-level server that we're still doing some testing on, the RADEditor fails to render itself at all when browsing through Internet Explorer (both 8 and 6, I dont have a machine with 7 to try at the moment). Firefox renders the editor fine on that site, which makes it more peculiar that IE would fail only.

Any ideas? Any log files that I could perhaps check that would be of use? The site in question is a fairly vanilla site that uses the default master page, with little or no customizations. No javascript errors appear within IE either, for what it's worth

Single Expand

Hi,

I got the same problem with RadGrid - and it got solved here with a sample.
The thing is - I want only one Element expanded at a time.

So the solution (for grid) was to handle the item command.
This command is not fireing for expand / collapse with Grid-Ajax.

So the soltuion no longer works.
Is there another way to achive the same task?

Error loading RadChart image

I have tried all of the options that I can find on the forums but still can't get this to work right in my production environment.

Dev workstation is Windows 7.

Production is Windows 2003 Server.

Client-side Tooltip for RadTextBox

I don't see in the documentation a client-side method to update the Tooltip property of the RadTextBox. Is there a way to do this? I'm not using the RadToolTipManager in this case. I was hoping for something along the lines of:

myRadTextBox.set_tooltip("myToolTipString");

Similar to setting the value (set_value("")). Any thoughts?

Table Format

I have a 2 x 2 table and I am trying to increase the width of one of the cells.

When I am doing so, then the adjacent cells increases in the length as well.

Do you why this is the case?

I am using IE8 on MOSS2007 and RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX.

[Solved] Simple How-To on Nested Grids

I'm the newest newbie on the block, and I've yet to figure out what info is where.

I'm trying to set up a two-level RadGrid based upon related tables, and I can't get the relationship to work.

Can anyone point me to a simple "How-To" article on this?

0 displayed as blank, client side binding

Hi

I am using client side binging to bind to a serialized collection of objects.
I can debug and see that the item on an object ini the collection is being return correctly as zero - however the column remains blank??
I have set the property convertemptystringtonull = false, but zeros do not get displayed - am I missing something?

[Solved] some wrong after delete command

hi

I have this unique problem that after i execute this code: it would automatically redirect to the login page which i do not want.
But before i place the delete directory code it was working fine, no redirection, just like a normal delete row operation you would see in page with radgrid. What is causing the redirection after delete? It is strange.

I have also set to automatic delete to true.
