Point Charts ?

Hi, I assume that the point chart is similar to a scatter graph ? I'm trying to plot the points and have 3 series on the graph, but I can't change all the default figures to cross as I am trying to do below.

ChartSeries1.Appearance.PointMark.Figure = DefaultFigures.Cross;

Is there an example of a point chart with 3 series plotted on it with different default figures as in the example diagram on the Point chart on your site ??

Positionning of page footer with grid

Hello,

My question is not directly related to RadGrid but concerns a general problem when using a RadGrid which varies its heigth related to contained records .

I need to display a Page footer in the page containing my grid and it must be the last element in the page.
Simply putting it in the flow after grid is not Ok because when grid contains only 1 record, I want the fotter to be really in the page footer, not in the center of page.

I tried to use a fixed position style,
<div style=" position:absolute; left:0px; bottom:30px">
<xx:footer ID='footer1' runat="server" />
</div>

But when grid extends its heigth, footer is above grid.

It is certainly a very common css solution (hope so), but I am learning css little by little ....reading samples and with telerik help.

So thanks for a little help.

Special Day Outlook Skin

The outlook skin’s special day is not rendering properly. It leaves a white gap in the middle of the day. If I mouse over the special day it will properly color the special day on the calendar. Any suggestions on how to fix this behavior. The Telerik skin properly highlights the day on inital rendar. Any suggestions?

Deploying telerik applications

Hi,

I am using RadSpell and RadCalender control in my application. I neel to deploy the application in production server.
Do i need to install the teleriks in client machine?
or is it enough to include the dlls in the application while deploying?
Please let me know, Is there any license related issues while deploying the code?

Add a record to RadGrid from RadWindow?

Hello, I need to add a record to a grid using a secondary screen displayed with RadWindow. What's the best practice for this? I tried the following:

1. Show grid on parent page.
2. Open child page with radopen.
3. Wire the save button on child page with server-side code that adds the record and client-side code that closes the form and refreshes the grid.

However, client-side executes first so my RadWindow gets closed and grid refreshed before the record is added.

Looking for ideas. Thanks.

RadGrid porblems with Firefox 3.0 and master pages

Hello, i have been developing with RadGrid for several months and i have no problems. Recently i have installed firefox 3.0 and my grid seems not work, i mean, when i click refresh or add new record button the grid doesnt do anything. Also column filters dont work.

FYI: At the moment i realized that the problem is because my grid page uses a master page, but i cant find a soluction.

Any ideas?
