ASP:Menu causes Grid Header to move

I have an asp:menu for naviagtion above a RadGrid.  When the menu has a dropdown the header in the RadGrid wiggles back and forth. 

What is causing the RadGrid to do this?

All I had was an asp:menu and a RadGrid on the page there was nothing more than that.  I decided to switch to your RadGrid and problem solved. :)
