Hi Gigi,
In the week view you can see the whole content of the subject depending on the duration of the appointment (since their length is directly proportional). If case there are few appointments, however, you could try setting the height of the row using the RowHeight property so that more content could be visible. Considering the month view, you could refer to the below post:
