Hello PRIYA,
You will probably agree with me that this question is a bit out of the scope of our web controls. I suppose that you will need to use your custom code to underline the text for a selected radio button instance on the page.
Additionally, you may be interested in utilizing our RadFormDecorator control to customize the look and feel of the default asp controls (radio buttons, checkboxes. etc.).
