What stylesheet do you use for custom skins. When I try to use Black, there is a hoverover for the input box that I can't seem to find the right css property to change.

Hi Thomas,
The whole RadComboBox is styled with sprite images embedded in the assembly. They are specified in each skin file and then on hover or select only the background position is changed. That said, I'm not quite sure what exactly are you trying to change in RadComboBox' skin, can you elaborate a bit more on your requirements? A screenshot would also help. Thank you in advance.

Hello,
I am trying to skin a combo box with a purple theme. I tried to use _Default css file and replace all _Default with _Purple and point the background image to the location where I have them located. I get no image on the dropdown and there is a top border the entire length of the screen.

Without the CSS and ASP declaration I don't think there's a possibility to know exactly what you are attempting to achieve. I can recommend that you try out the Visual Style Builder to see if you can create your custom skin this way :)

I tried your suggestion and still get the same results. A box with a top border the whole width. When I click on the box, I get the seleections available but I can't click on any of them to save.

Did you try setting the Skin property to 'Purple' after replacing all _Default with _Purple in the CSS file?

In this case, please submit a support ticket and send us there the CSS and the Sprites you are using in the custom skin.
We will inspect them to see what is wrong and will get back to you with a fix.
