I'm using the Alphabetic pager example but I'm looking for a way to set the page size dynamically. I only want to use the alphabetic part, not any page numbers.
e.g If your page size is set to 30, then when you click on a letter that has more than 30 records, it will not show them, you will never get to see them.

You can add the "alphabetic" functionality within CommandItemTemplate instead and disable the paging. Please, review the second Grid on the demo below, which implements the Alphabetic feature through the RadGrid Command Item:
