Hi Content And Code,
Having the time at the top row and the days at the most left column, is not a supported functionality of the RadScheduler. But, it could be achieved using a multiple instances of the RadScheduler. For this scenario we have created a Code Library, which could be downloaded from the following link: RadScheduler: Swap day header with time column.
Also, you could take a look at the online RadScheduler: Multiple Instances demo, to get an idea how multiple RadScheduler controls could be adjust to function as one instance.
