I have a bunch of controls inside a radajaxpanel, inside a server user control.
The control works, the postback is catch by the ajaxpanel wich is correctly displayed. But after the postback is complete, the panel does not disappear again!
The mindisplaytime is not set.
I didn't have this problem with Q3 2007

I tried, but was not able to reproduce the presented issue. May be I'm missing some points.
If it is convenient for you, could you please open a regular support ticket and send us a small runnable project, replicating the described behavior.
We will test is locally and advise you further.
