AjaxManager not working

I have a user control (header) with a RadMenu in it, which also requires a RadScriptManager.  When I drop the header control on any page that has a RadAjaxManager on it, Ajax stops working.  If I remove the header control and drop a RadScriptManager on the page, Ajax works again.  Is there a setting that I can use to have them all work togather?

Ajax is now working..  I did not figure out exactly what caused it to stop working, but removing and re-adding AjaxManager and the header control seemed to correct it.
