Hi!
Is there something special to make the AjaxManager work in a master mage in VS2008 Standard?
The contextual designer is empty in design mode.
It worked in VS2005 with a MasterPage and it is working in VS2008 without a MasterPage but not in VS2008 with a MasterPage.
Not even with your LiveDemo solution after a conversion by VS2008.
May be it's a bug or something I don't do right.

BTW, everything work when updating manually the Source in the .aspx file.
