Ajax Panel - the server request is taking more time

Hai,
I have a rad Ajax panel in a page.
After the page load, If i wait for almost 5-10 min & den click any of the buttons inside the Ajax panel the loading panel is showing for a long time. After dat only the actions under the button click is performed. If we r continuously doing it it wil work fine. Plz help.
My ajax panel is:
