Ajax issue for SharePoint

I have hosted a RadSchduler as a composite control in the SharePoint 2007.  It works fine without Ajax.  However, when I integrated with RadAjaxPanel, it will do something at first time and then it is kind of hung.  Each time i manually referesh the page, it will works only once than it won't do anything.   Do you know what could be the issue here?

I have hosted RadScripManager at the masterpage and RadAjaxPanel and RadAjaxLoadingPanel at the page where RadSchdular is hosted.

I've also register the Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd in the web.config.

Any suggestions would be appereciated.

We haven't experienced such issues before. Here you can see an online example demonstrating ajax-enabled RadScheduler in MOSS environment here. I have attached the user control to this message for your reference. You could replace the SessionDataSource control with SqlDataSource control.

Do you know if there's any huge difference between Version=2008.1.515.20  and Version=2008.1.415.35 assembly.

I'm using Version=2008.1.415.35.

I wouldn't say there is a huge difference between these two releases regarding RadSCheduler, but I suggest you refer to the release history for more detailed information.
