Using a Hierarchy grid edit first main category record then expand another main category then edit its sub category record after click on Cancel they not work properly for both edit records they given error. Please find the attachment.

Are you adding controls dynamically to the grid or anywhere else on the page?
Note that it would be hard to provide a precise answer on why this problem occurs without having a better view over the exact setup. That said please share with us the markup and code-behind of the page so we could further research the matter.
