Advance feature in rad combo box

i want to generate multiple radcombo box inside a edit form of rad grid...because i want to bind  rad combo box with more than100 data.,in each data i want to add description,so i want select one data in rad combo then i add description(and also i want in each rad combo box had on multilinetextbox for the description).....look like than same function but not file upoad option ...
