Hi Tayonee,
By using some css class selectors you could add margin/padding to the buttons. However I would strongly advise you not use this approach because applying such css will distort the appearance of other RadRibbonBarButtons by pushing them outside of the group. Moreover this scenario is not currently supported by RadRibbonBar control.
