I have grid with GridHyperLinkColumn, navigate url is www.tempuri.org?id={0}. When I add new item (InPlace), GridHyperLinkColumn exists and navigate url is wrong, becuase new item hasn't id yet. And I cannot use ItemTemplate, because I add columns on page load. Is it possible to hide GridHyperLinkColumn in insert mode?

Indeed you can use ItemCommand (e.CommandName == "InitInsert") to hide desired column.
