Hello,

I am using the scheduler in an "Edit Only" capacity as all the appointments are imported. I have disabled inserting appointments. I have also limited the view to "Day". I am also grouping on resources. At this point I want to say that the scheduler saved me weeks, maybe months of trying to render these appointments concurrently! My question is can I somehow use the area that is left over in each grouping that is reserved for inserting when inserting is disabled (The last 10-15% of each column), every inch counts when you are using more than 2 resources. I think apointments should be full width if inserting is disabled.

Thanks,
Chris

Hello Chris,

I am assuming you have RadScheduler in Timeline view. If that's the case, please try the following:

<TimelineView ShowInsertArea="false" />

Nope, as I stated in my first post I am using the single "Day" view. I am focusing on appointments between 8am and 5pm. I am looking for something nice and neat like ShowInsertArea="False" though... Why wouldn't you extend that to all of your views?

Okay, I see your point. We will extend the ShowInsertArea to work for day and week views as well. The earliest that we can implement this is for Q2 2009.
