Hello adi,
You can access the datatable using RadChart1.PlotArea.DataTable property. However, it is focused on its appearance and not on customizing the values in it. The values will be fetched by the chart series automatically and they can be customized using the DefaultLabelValue property of the series. For ex. setting it to #% will display the item labels and the datatable values as percentage.
