I am glad to inform you that RadGrid's LocalizationPath functionality will be fixed in version Q2 2011 (which will be available after three weeks) of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. The fix will be also included in the Q2 Beta release that will be live at the end of the week. Please download the beta version from your account and let me know if the described problem still persists.
