We are currently evaluating the grid to be used on our backoffice financial system.
One of the pages requires 2 grids to be displayed, one containing up to 3000 records, and another around 300.
When paging is enable everything works perfectly fine, however we require both grids to be without paging, and use scrolling on them.
The page renders fine, but grid scrolling becomes very irresponsive, and so does page performance in general.
Is there any way to make it work? Maybe i should change some settings?

The performance of grid will be affected when you present large number of records at once without paging enabled. You can read through this help link for information on this.
