[Solved] Install problem

I have Visual Studio 2005 and 2008 installed on my computer. The install seems to work fine. The problem is that I don's see any of the rad controls in my toolbox. I run the register rad control option and still nothing. When I manually try to register the controls into my tool box from the telerick 
"C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASPNET AJAX Q1 2008\Bin" folder

I get this error "Could not load file or assembly system.web.extensions version=1.061025.0


When I manually try to register the controls into my tool box from the telerick 
"C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASPNET AJAX Q1 2008\Bin35" folder it seems to work
fine except the controls don't show up in the toolbox even though they are checked off in the .net framework components tab.

I didn't have this second problem with the demo version.
