    Telerik WinForms controls are finalists at the Jolt Awards

    The finalists for the 2007 Jolt Product Excellence Awards have been announced and our radControls for WinForms are amongst the finalists under the "Libraries, Frameworks and Components" category. Frankly, this is equally pleasing as well as surprising and let me tell you why. There is no doubt that we find this achievement to be a great recognition for our work.     It's really exciting to see the telerik radControls for WinForms get their first industry recognition just a few months after their official release! Several days ago we got notice that our UI components for desktop development have been selected as a finalist in the "Best Software Development Solution" category in the 2007 SIIA Codie Awards.     Year 2006 is almost over

    Now that the calendar will soon flip to 2007, I inevitably started musing over 2006... What a great year it was for telerik - the ASP.NET UI product line evolved quite a bit, the new Windows Forms UI suite and Reporting products were revealed, we successfully organized a strong community event, the vibrant telerik community continued to grow, we brought to life some really creative commercials, the telerik.com site was enriched with many new features and resources... I started this blog post with the idea to talk in detail about the things we managed (and didn't manage)  to do during the past year...
