Hear why attending the DevReach @ Progress360 event in Boston this September 11-14 would best be experienced live and in person.

DevReach is coming to Boston September 11-14 as part of Progress360. We are super excited about bringing the event to the States and can’t wait for you to join us. If you are on the fence about whether or not you should attend, we’ve put together the top 7.5 reasons why you should!

1. Big Conference Caliber Speakers at Local Conference Price

For just $300 (yes—$300) you can hear from some of the smartest minds in the industry today. We have more than 40 sessions delivered by speakers from Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Figma, VMWare, MongoDB, Oracle, Progress (of course) and more. There are too many awesome folks to list here, but you can see them all on our Speakers page. And if you want to know what they are covering, head on over to the Agenda. Anywhere else, you’d pay upwards of $1,000 to hear this much awesomeness at one event. But at DevReach, you’ll pay just $300.

2. Boston Is Lovely in September

There are worse places you could be than Boston in September. Not only is the weather ideal (average temp is 74° F or 23° C), but there is so much to do near the venue. The event will be held at the Westin Boston Seaport District, which is a three-mile ride from the airport, a two-block walk to the waterfront, and easy walking distance (or Uber/Lyft if you prefer) to some of the most iconic Boston sites— Faneuil Hall, the Freedom Trail, Boston Common and more. And the week of DevReach you can also see the Red Sox take on the Yankees at Fenway Park or catch a concert (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Florence & the Machine, Tom Jones, Bruno Mars and more will all be in town that week).

3. Access to More Than Just DevReach

Because DevReach is part of Progress360 this year, your $300 registration (did I mention the event is only $300?!?) will give you access to ChefConf, the Progress Experience Zone, Discover Progress, awesome attendee parties, an unconference space and much more. You can easily move from DevReach to ChefConf if you have a DevOps/IT Security talk you want to explore. You can bounce into the Discover Progress track if you want to learn more about our broader product portfolio (did you know we offer more than components?). And you can take advantage of all the fun and open spaces available to all attendees. All you need is your DevReach badge and you’re free to move about the conference!

4. Opportunity To Give Back

Our sense of community runs deep. Whether technical, local or global, we believe in our hearts that the only way to be a good steward of the community is to participate fully. Which is why we have set aside time throughout the event to give back. We will have more details to share in the coming weeks, but know we have set aside time on the 14th for a project to benefit a local charity. You are invited to join us and help give back.

5. Rad Pre-Conference Workshops

On Sunday, September 11, we are offering three amazing pre-conference workshops that cost just $100. Learn about .NET MAUI from Microsoft’s very own Maddy Montaquila (5 hours) or Accessibility from Rocket Mortgage’s Chris DeMars (5 hours). Or if you are new to the space, check out the .NET Workshop from the Women of .NET (6 hours). Regardless of which one you choose, you are certain to walk away with real-world knowledge you can apply to your work immediately.

6. Lots of Attendee Fun

It wouldn’t be a Progress event without a ton of fun built in! We will have games nights, user group/Meetups, music, food, a bar and more. We don’t want to ruin any surprises, but rest assured, once your brain is full at the end of the day, your heart will be happy with all of the after-hours activities. And … if you want to do something outside of the venue, see reason #2. 😊

7. Epic Keynotes

Our keynote speakers will be shared across the Progress360 events, which means you’ll get to hear both Progress CEO Yogesh Gupta and internationally known futurist and technology writer Jason Pontin speak. Both gentlemen are engaging speakers and are sure to inspire everyone in the audience.

7.5 Did I Mention the Price?

Well, we all know that I did, but it is so awesome it bears repeating. Registration for DevReach @ Progress360 is just $300. $300. And with that you get access to 40+ amazing DevReach sessions, ChefConf talks, parties, attendee events, keynotes, food, fun and more. So what are you waiting for? Register today.
