Sets overflow to auto

Auto = 0

Sets overflow to scroll

Both = 4

Does nothing, leaves the default browser behavior.

Default = 5

Sets overflow to hidden

None = 1

Sets overflow-x to scroll, overflow-y to hidden

X = 2

Sets overflow-x to hidden, overflow-y to scroll

Y = 3
