The RadImageEditor enables the canvas mode if the client browser supports the HTML5 canvas element, and doesn't enable the canvas mode if the canvas element is not supported.

The canvas mode is disabled.

The canvas mode is always enabled no matter if the browser does not support the HTML5 canvas element.
