Speicifies that CookieStateStorageProvider will be used to store the state in a cookie

Cookies = 1

Speicifies that custom IStateStorageProvider will be used to store the state

Custom = 4

Speicifies that AppDataStorageProvider will be used to store the state in a file located in App_Data folder

FileSystem = 2

Specifies that no repository for storing the state will be used

None = 0
