Z Order of the Toast

My toasts are shown but behind the elements on the screen. How do I fix this?

I noticed while applying the new class that pages where I had the TelerikNotification defined above my edit forms are the once with the issues. There were a few pages where TelerikNotification was the last item and they were appearing properly.
