Hi

Is this a default behaviour? I have a blank page with a YouTube video embeded via object script etc (just copied the object script directly from the YouTube video page).

This video displays on the page on it's own, however when I open the page in a RadWindow the YouTube clip does not play or even show.

Is this normal? Is there a security issue? Anyway to fix?

Update: It works in IE8 (after I enabled intranet settings). This site is sitting on my local via IIS so my url is something like http:/testlocal/video.aspx etc... Will it magically work once the site is live?

Hello Michael,

Indeed it sounds like a security issue - basically you should not experience such problem in a scenario like this (see attached screenshot). The easiest way to determine whether the problem has something to do with RadWindow is to display that page not in a RadWindow but in a standard <iframe> element and see if it will be shown correctly. If the movie shows in the iframe, but not in RadWindow, please send us a sample project so we could check it. If it is not displayed in an iframe as well, you should check your permissions for accessing that content page.
