Hi Ray,
I have tested our online demos which are using CDN and everything is working fine. Could you please elaborate a bit more how you reproduce the problem? A sample project will be helpful too.

WHAT!!
This is obviously part of the issue, you are so far behind....
Your scripts CANNOT posibly work as IE11 does not support the property 'createRange'
IE11 has been out for ever..
It breaks because Telerik DOES NOT support released products, there are dozens of cases where your products crash like this ..
The fact that you do not know this basic stuff, and Telerik simply dont know is the issue..
SPEND SOME TIME ON FIXING support for released products..
Your products are becommign unusable!!

Thank you for pointing this out. I have reviewed our code and applied a fix for this. Indeed the RadComboBox is working fine under IE11 because the call of the createRange method is in a try catch block.
