Hello,

I have a problem with the RadSplitContainer. I would like to place more sizable panels in the RadSplitContainer.

If the AutoScroll of RadSplitContainer is true and I scroll the container a little, don’t work the resizes of the panels.

How can I resize the panels after scroll?

Is it a bug in the RadSplitContainer? If yes, is there a workaround to this?

Exporting hierarchical grid w/ visuals

Hi all,

I have a hierarchical grid that I am trying to export to excel using ExportToExcelML. Export Hierarchy is on and when I have ExportVisualSettings set to false, the export works perfectly in < 2 seconds. However when I turn the export visuals property on, the grid freezes and the form stops responding.

I have a few special visual components I use in my grid and I'm wondering if any of them may cause this behavior:
-Cells with BackColor set based on the value in the cell (values are hex rgb strings)
-DropdownColumns that also set the backcolor of each cell
-AlternatingRowcolor is set to true

Any ideas?

Keyboard Shortcut for CommandBarButton

Hi,

I want a CommandBarButton click to occur when I press, say ctrl+H or alt+H.
How do I do this?
I tried setting the KeyTip property of the button to "H" but that did not work.

Combine SelfReference and ColumnGrouping

Hi,
I would like to have a SelfReference grid with grouped columns. I used the self reference example from the demo application as a starting point. After implementing the column grouping only the top level columns are shown and no "+" symbol is visible. When self reference is turned off all rows are visible.
Is it possible to combine self reference and column grouping? Is there some difference for self reference when using grouped columns?

convert between Grid column data Type

Iam using Telerik Gridview tin my project , the grid have alote of columns of type textbox Now I need to convert the GridViewTextBoxcolumn to
GridViewDecimalcolumn .

I can Do that by delete the GridViewTextBoxcolumn and add the new one GridViewDecimalcolumn

but it's taking time becuse I have more than 30 grid

My Question is its there is any way to do that away from deleteing and adding ?

How do you determine what column fire custom sort event?

What I am looking for in how to determine what column the grid is being sorted on when the CustomSort event is being fired. I see there is a property column that appears to provide this information but it is marked obsolete so therefore will not compile. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Where is IndexFromPoint?

I have a RadListBox on my form. I would like when the user right clicks on the list, the item under the cursor is selected before the context menu is displayed. I know with a standard Listbox, you can use "IndexFromPoint" in the mousedown method.

What is the solution here?

Populating with Data through a Bindinglist

My Problem is that I have to programatically fillup a GridView or Listview which has a Bindlist as datasource.
For now it works, but the GUI object is refreshing and scrolling to the last added row and selecting it.
How can I stay in place for example the first row? Does this work also if the cell is edited?
