hi,

I'm using the component radwindows and need help.
When I use a component radwindows performance is very low, but I know why that is, in fact when I call her window render any other window behind in your HTML code.
there any way that generates only the code in the html link that I'm calling?

Hi Jose,

I am not quite sure if I understand the problem correctly. Could you please provide some sample code along with screenshots of the problem?

Kind regards,

Hi,
 Sorry, My problem is:

when I use the radwindows my application is very slow, the performance is low.

I was looking at the html code it generates (after I call the component) and it generates the html page of the father, you know?

There is only way to generate the html of the page I am calling?

eg
index.aspx page contains radwindows, when I call the script to open a new window in Radwind (index2.aspx), the html of this window contains all the html code and index2.aspx index.aspx. I had wanted only to index2.aspx for the application to be fast and high performance.

Hi Jose,

When you use RadWindow to show an external content page, RadWindow uses an IFRAME and shows the content page in that IFRAME - content page's code does not exist in the parent page. If you use RadWindow as a controls container however, the content of the window is rendered on the same page.

I hope this information helps. If you still experience problems, please open a support ticket and send a small sample application that shows the problem - we will check it and do our best to help.
