Can I use the Telerik.Web.UI.dll, to have it parse the RECURRENCE_RULES to find the occurrences ? Any constraints involved there?

Hello Sanjeev,
Yes, you can. You don't need a RadScheduler instance to do this, just a reference to Telerik.Web.UI will suffice. Here is a help topic for reference - http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/scheduler-working-with-recurring-appointments.html.
