Hi,

we're using the Rad Slider in a questionnaire and it doesn't render correctly in Windows 8. I have attached 2 images showing what it looks like. One which shows what it looks like when running Metro UI or in desktop mode not using Compatibility Mode. In Metro Mode only the first slider appears in the page at all. All following sliders do not render. The other image is IE10 running Compatibility Mode which renders the slider correctly and also renders all sliders in the page.

Does anybody have a solution to this?

Thanks!

/Christofer

Hello,

I've tried but couldn't reproduce the problem you are describing. Could you please isolate the issue send us a sample page that matches your setup with detailed reproduction steps, so we will be able to reproduce and examine it locally on our side? In addition could you please verify whether the problem may be reproduced on our online examples at http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/slider/examples/default/defaultcs.aspx ?
I'm also sending a video showing the results of my tests:

I am having similar problems with the slider
... and also many other issues with IE 10 like buttons not working, comboboxes not opening etc (researching that)

For the slider, it doesnt display at all.
Also does not display in Chrome.
I did get it to display (at least partially) after changing the skin from default to metro as in the attached screenshot.
oops, where the heck is the attach image link gone?

Hello Bill,

We are not aware of any problems with displaying the RadSlider under IE 10 and Chrome. I am afraid that the provided information is not enough to determine what the exact problem is. Please, send a fully working project and step by step instructions for replicating the problem. If needed a video demonstrating the issue as well.

As for the issues with the RadButton and RadComboBox, I would suggest opening separate support tickets for each of them and including enough information for reproducing them so that we can inspect the cases locally.

Kind regards,
