Telerik window sample
Why in this sample when you open it, you can click on any part of each window and the window comes to the front.
But if you close both windows, and open them again with the radopen button, that behaviour it's removed, ie, you need to click on the title bar for get to the front, if you click on any other part, the window doesnt recognize it needs to be on the front.

Hello iomega,
This is happening because when you open the RadWindows again, you are loading an external page (google.com). In such case the mouse events are consumed and that is why you can activate the window only by clicking some external element like the titlebar.
