Why "Paste from word" tools dose not work in new editor?

    hello

    i am using new toolbar , but two of tools "paste from word" and "paste from word, strip font" don't work , when i click in a new window it shows java script error...

    Hello Neda,

    Are you able to reproduce the problem with the latest version 2011.2.715 of RadEditor as well as in the Default Example of the control?

    What JS error did you get?

    thanks for the answer in this post i have sent you photo of java script error .I don't know maybe there are some java files that i have missing .

    I am not aware of this problem and I am unable to reproduce it on my end.

    To be able to help you I will need to reproduce the issue locally. Is it possible to provide a live URL to the problematic page or a sample working project which demonstrates the problem?

    You have also not answered my questions in my earlier reply. Are you able to reproduce the problem with the latest version of the control Q2 2011 SP1?

    Does the problem happen in the live demos of RadEditor?
    Have you customized the external built-in dialogs?

    Hi Rumen

    thanks for the reply,and i am sorry that i didn't answer your question, about your first answer i should say that no i was not able to reproduce the problem with latest version of control Q2 2011 SP1,an about this problem finally i could find what was it,in our software we zip all java files so these controls didn't load java files properly.
