When grabbing a new skin template I saw Widgets.Default.css in the Skins directory

Hi Steve,

This CSS file is used for layout specific adjustments of RadEditor's dialog boxes/windows. For example it specifies confirm/cancel button sizes, heading & titles styling, toolbar icons positions, etc.
