What is Telerik.Web.Design ?

I have tried to add Telerik.Web.UI  to my toolbox.  With Telerik.Web.UI, nothing happens. 

Also, what is the Telerik.Web.Design dll that I see in the bin with the Prometheus beta?

Hi jfs67,
I am not sure why you could not add the Prometheus controls to your ToolBox items collection. The following steps resulted in adding all Prometheus controls icons in my ToolBox:

1. Right-click on the toolbox
2. Choose "Add Tab"
3. Write a name for the new tab (for example Telerik)
4. Right-click in the new tab
5. Choose "Choose items..."
6. Click "Browse"
7. Navigate to the folder of the Telerik.Web.UI.dll and select the DLL file
8. Click "Open"
9. Click "OK"

Regarding the Telerik.Web.Design.dll file - it contains classes, necessary for the Design time of the Prometheus controls. In case you install the controls, this dll will be automatically added to the GAC.
