If I have project which is using RadControls for .Net 2.0 before, what is the migration steps to use the controls for .Net 3.5?
- are all API functions identical between those two sets of controls?

Another question is what are the features differences between those two set of controls besides my list below?

- Net 3.5 Client-side Data Binding

- Entity Framework CRUD Operations

- LinqToSql CRUD Operations

- LinqToSql Manual CRUD Operations

Hello Kevin,

The client and server API of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX is identical under .NET 2.x and .NET 3.x framework. Generally, to switch to the .NET 3.x version of the controls, you merely need to use the Telerik.Web.UI.dll from the /bin35 folder of the installation (see this topic for further details).

Regarding your last question:
In addition to the features of our web grid you listed (presented under the .NET 3.5 section of the QSF), note that in the .NET 3.x build the control uses LINQ queries internally to manage sorting/paging/filtering operations (which optimizes its overall performance).

You may also be interested to examine the following demos of RadGrid marked with the NET 3.5 tag:
