Can I safely upgrade to VS2012 and continue to use v2011.2.712 of the Telerik.Web.UI controls we are using in our web app?

Hi,

You should not experience problems with version 2011.2.712 in Visual Studio 2012. Note that only the latest version 2013.1.417 offers full support for VS2012.
