VS 2019 with reporting services and UI ASP.NET Ajax 2020_3_1021

After installing Visual Studio 2019 and Reporting Services, then installing UI ASP.NET 2020_3_1021, visual studio crashes with a "Not Responding" when opening any reporting solution/project. Is there a conflict with versions?

Based on the provided information, this looks like a known issue in the Reporting Designer. To work around it, you have to open the Toolbox window and wait to initialize the Telerik Reporting items. You can follow these steps:

1. Create a sample project of your choice.
2. Add Telerik Report(Blank) item.
3. Before touching the designer area, open the Toolbox window.
4. Wait until the Toolbox initializes the Telerik items.
