[Solved] Visual Studio Telerik.Web.UI.dll reference problem

I've installed the 2009.1.527.35 version of the controls. I've removed the reference in VS and selected the new Telerik.Web.UI.dll yet the version under properties says 2009.1.402.35. Should I be concerned?

Hello Martin,

Could you please check whether you have an older version in GAC? I also recommend you examine the following links:

I found a fix around it. What one needs to do is delete the telerik reference in the bin directory. For some reason upon re-build that file does not get overwritten.

Hi

We are facing some problem in using latest telerik Controls. 
We have upgraded telerik controls from older version to new version(Q1 2009).We have installed it through installer on our dev machines and all functionality is working perfectly fine.
But we are facing problem on Development Server. We have upgraded reference in site
When we are running the site it is giving error "Access Denied"  in MicrosoftAjax.js

We tried to sort out the problem using this link

but no result
Is there any setting required while upgrdation of controls??Because on all developer's  machine, this error is not coming
