Hello,
We are aware of this issue on IOS7 and our developers are currently investigating it. However, we can not reproduce the problem on Windows 8.1. Please see the video recorded during the testing and let me know what we are missing.

Hi,
On Windows 8.1 Desktop computer there is no problem, the problem is on an Asus Windows RT Tablet...
Tapping on the scrollbars also work fine on this device, the problem is when using my fingers to swipe over the rows to scroll!
Same problem as on an iPad...

Hello,
The issue could be replicated on all touch devices. Our development team will try to include a proper solution for this issue in Q1 2014.
