I am afraid, that I was unable to observe any problematic or inconsistent rendering of the RadTabStrip in Compatibility View. Would you be more specific about the issue you had observed? In addition, if you could provide us with a screenshot, demonstrating the problematic behavior, it would be greatly appreciated.
