I deployed the rad editor solution and everything went fine. However, when using the image manager, the users are unable to upload new images. The 'Upload Image' tab is disabled. How can we resolve this so our users will be able to upload images? Thanks

Hi Eric,

Please, review the following help article which provides guidance how to set the ImagesPaths property of RadEditor for MOSS: Setting Properties Via Config File.

To enable the upload tam in the Image Manager you should set also the UploadImagesPaths property as it is shown below:

<property name="UploadImagesPaths">
<item>SiteCollectionImages</item>
</property>

I just deployed and activated 4.5.6 and modified the xml files as described, adding the UploadImagesPaths and ImagesPaths properties.  The Upload Image tab is still disabled.  I'm doing everything with farm administrator account.

Hi The Wire,
Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the issue. For your convenience I attached a small video with my test. Please inform me if I am doing anything wrong in it.

In addition check if the users, who are trying to upload images, have the correct credentials for the respective library.

All the best,

The link "Setting Properties Via Config File."is returning a 404. Is the document still available?
