Is Possible to get the upload button invisible or disable ?
But The button create new directory must remain active.

Hello Federico,
I have already answered your support ticket. For convenience I have pasted a part of my response:
"I recommend you to remove (or set Visible="false") the upload buttons in RadToolBar and context menus using this approach."
